US rapper Kimberly Denise Jones better known as Lil Kim has achieved a gradual transformation with credits to major surgeries.The new look really suits her,she looked absolutely beautiful at the star-studded Ralph & Russo fashion show in Paris.
People may criticize her new look but for a 41 year old she looks good.We just hope she can keep up this new look because we all know how most of these cosmetic surgeries end up.More pictures below.
